The USAFL has has invited all players and supporters of AFL in Canada to participate in the upcoming game in Los Angeles.
We wish to extend an invitation to all players and supporters of the Canada AFL to participate with the USAFL in the LA Game, to be held as part of Australia Week in Los Angeles on January 13, 14 and 15.
We have had great interest from our clubs and players and expect it will be a wonderful weekend of football. You will see from our website that we have information on all the football activities scheduled, including booking forms for each of them. If any of your players are interested in staying at the host hotel, we would suggest that they book soon as the hotel has advised us that rooms are filling quickly.
Also, with regard to the discussion about a game between the USA and Canada, unfortunately we have not been able to go ahead with this due to restrictions by the AFL.
We look forward to seeing you and your supporters in Los Angeles.
Kind regards,
Robert Oliver
President
USAFL

Robert,
I was a former player in AFL With the COLLINWOOD FOOTBALL CLUB here in Melb,Australia.
The reason for this email was to gauge whether there would be any interest from the league or clubs for guest speakers / presenters .
I have been involved in Aussie rules for over 30 years as a player and now media commentator,
and supplement my income by talking to groups about my time in football.
Would there be any interest in discussing further.
I have naturally supplied email details and look foward to your reply.
GO PIES !,
Regards
PETER DAICOS.
