North Delta Junior AFL Update

March 9, 2006 by Stefan Leyhane | View Comments (2)

The North Delta Junior AFL in North Vancouver, British Columbia has a new website. Jason Stratford says:

"We had the first casual training day today with close to 100 kids and we are expecting more for the start of the season in April. It's been growing heaps every year since its beginnings 4 years ago. Every kid is a Canadian. Credit goes entirely to Mike McFarlane for his incredible dedication and hard work running the league and doing school clinincs etc. out this way."

The Yahoo! Groups page linked from the page has more pictures and video's from last year's season end.

Having spent 3 winters in northern Alberta and finding out you have the real game there is a bit of a thrill, we arte crows supporters here, but I have a nephew who plays for the West coast good luck
