Notice is hereby given that the 2023 AFL Canada Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 19th, 2023 at 8:00pm EST.
In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, your club must be a member in good standing as of the record date for voting, which shall be November 19th, 2023.
The meeting will be held electronically via google meets – details to join the call are below:

REQUIRED ACTION BY MEMBER CLUBS:
- Notify the registrar of who your Club’s voting delegate will be at the meeting (one vote per club) by completing this form (your club delegate will receive a calendar invite upon nomination).
- Provide any director nominations or other business to the AFLC Executive Director at jacob@aflcanada.com – Please complete by November 18th, 2023.
