AFL Canada has opened hiring for the position of Development Manager in the city of Toronto.
The Development Manager will work closely with other AFL Canada staff, as well as AFL Ontario volunteers to develop new pathways for senior recruits to the AFL Ontario league.
AFL Ontario is the world’s largest and oldest league outside of Australia and the role will focus on developing new pathways, including a 9’s leagues and other initiatives, to assist in the promotion of the game, to ultimately benefit membership for the senior AFL Ontario league.
Alongside developing new senior pathways, the position will focus on developing further junior programming centers across the city of Toronto, to build sustainable pathways for recruitment in the future, as well as developing a fanbase for our great game.
The role will be a six-month contract to begin, with extension opportunities available based on the performance of the initial contract.
