AFL Canada’s Board of Directors has set the strategic direction of the organization moving forward, following an in-depth process to develop focus areas and initiatives that will help achieve the identified results.
The discussion on strategic direction was based primarily of member feedback, following a request for feedback from members earlier in 2022 and pertained to where the Directors saw the organisation going in the next 3-5 years.
Following the in person strategy meeting, the organisation worked with key stakeholders and business consultants to set up a document that will guide decisions, budgeting and actions moving forward. The document is intended to be a public facing guide that members and other stakeholders can utilise for the foreseeable future.
