AFL Canada is excited to announce the 2025 Men’s Club Championships will be held in Toronto, Ontario on October 4th and 5th.
This event will be the pinnacle of club-level footy, bringing together teams from across the country. The weekend will culminate with the winner being crowned the best club in Canada.
“The Men’s Club Championships will provide more opportunities for full-field, 18-aside footy against top competition,” said Lachlan Griffiths, Chair of AFL Canada. “We can’t wait to see players, coaches, volunteers, and staff in Toronto later this year competing for the title.”
The tournament will be held at Humber College – Colonel Samuel Smith Park in Toronto, the same ground used for last year’s AFL Transatlantic Cup.
Round Robin games will be held throughout October 4th and 5th, with Finals matches deciding the Champion.
Additional activities, including Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Tournament Awards, and a Sunday Night Social will round out what promises to be a jam packed weekend of footy.
“AFL Canada is committed to growing footy from coast-to-coast,” said Greg Bridges, National Development Manager. “The Men’s Club Championships adds to an already impressive calendar of events, such as the AFL Canada Cup, numerous club and provincial tournaments, and our High Performance National Programs.”
